WHAT I BELIEVE

I BELIEVE that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
I BELIEVE that Jesus Christ is Lord over His church.
I BELIEVE that not all things turn out the way we think they should.
I BELIEVE that every believer will give an account for how they walked with Jesus.
I BELIEVE that every believer should pay close attention to the condition of their conscience.
I BELIEVE that we will be held accountable to Jesus for defiling and silencing a good conscience.
I BELIEVE that if a tradition is biblical, it should be followed.
I BELIEVE traditionalism is a curse.
I BELIEVE that people who fail to pray as they should fall to the wiles of the devil more than they would otherwise.
I BELIEVE that Martin Lloyd Jones' decision not to attend a seminary was a good idea.
Many godly men have blessed me in the course of my Christian life, but none to the extent of medical Dr. Martin Lloyd Jones. Born in 1898, I believe, a doctor of medicine by 2925, left his position to serve the Lord and refused to attend seminary. A man I respect very much.
In the message 'Slow to Believe' Dr. Martin Lloyd Jones analyzes the condition of those disciples immediately following our Lord's death and resurrection. He then likens their condition to that of many today. Undoubtedly, today could be any age.
