WHO WINS THE WAR?

THE WORST ENEMY IS UNSEEN

I could imagine that the average Christian in America today would think first that Jesus Christ had already won the war. Their second thought might be that we win the war as we are in Him. Both answers would be spot on; however, the real question that needs to be answered today in America is: Do Christians in a church that is about entertainment, showmanship, education, and "fellowship," maybe spiritual, ever engage in a spiritual war? After all, there is strength in numbers, right?
WHO WINS THE WAR AGAINST THE INVISIBLE
Adam was told not to eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the center of the Garden. On the day Adam was created, and from him came the woman, God saw all He had created and said it was very good. In Genesis 2:1, we are told, "Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their hosts (Tsaba). The word is used 4 ways in the Bible and always with the same meaning. A mass of persons (especially) regularly organized for war (an army) (by implication, literally or figuratively) a campaign. Tsaba does not mean stars; that's a Satanic lie.
WHO WINS THE WAR BUT THE EVER VIGILANT
Everything was created good, and with the creation of man, very good, as it was meant to be in the image of God, and the means by which God would have filled the earth with His likeness. Therefore, there had to be a catalyst that would lead to evil and corrupt what God said was very good. Think about that! Space does not permit details; my book and video series will. Enter Satan, the source of corruption. This past week, a dear brother said to me, "I now see that there is no institution on earth that the devil cannot corrupt." Spot on, Bro!
WHO WINS THE WAR BUT THE BIBLICALLY ALERT
Paul wrote, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ..." (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
Paul is not sleeping on the sidelines; neither is he passive in faith, but actively warring against a feindishly dangerous foe. Let us remember, Satan is not on a human level. He was able to take a sinfully idolatrous people mixed with the godly, and also who saw the glory of miracles in Egypt, the fire of righteous anger on Sinai, and the loving care in the wilderness with the Law of God as a warning and still corrupted them to the point of replacing God with an earthly king, killing those who prophesied God's Word of truth, and in time would crucify God's Son. The religion handed down for generations, given by God to Moses, became entirely corrupt.
Furthermore, Satan so corrupted what began with the crucifixion of God's Son, His resurrection, and the Holy Spirit on Pentecost, so that dying for the faith became the staple of glory and turned that glory into an institution that burned people to death who dared to disagree with it for 1,700 years. My dear brothers and sisters, do you think you can be lukewarm regarding Satan and his forces of evil? Would it not be more worthwhile to rise early, if you are not already, and engage an enemy that God assures us will not sleep, or slumber until he corrupts your soul?
My dear readers, please take this next question as humble and concerned only with my brethren. Are you discerning enough to discern good from evil? "For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds." (2 Corinthians 11:13-15)
