Someone Like You is deeply moving

Someone like you has moved me deeply because witnessing Christian people struggle to do what's right and overcome through faith glorifies God.

After reading some of the critics, I understand that some will not see this story as Christian, heartfelt, poignant, and raising the bar when doing the right thing takes dying to self out of a love for others. However, I see this movie as thoroughly Christian. There are two Christian families, faced with a challenging situation, stuck in a culture that makes all the rules, but can't see the right thing to do from God's standpoint.

Someone Like You is authentically Christian

Someone Like You is authentic because it paints Christian as flawed but repentant and repentant is the state of a believer.

When you've poured your life into a child, and you feel speaking the truth will jeopardize your relationship, you'd best be walking by faith if you desire to do the right thing. This movie explores the struggles of two sets of parents who faced infidelity and the decisions they made to overcome the problem, only to live with the guilt and emptiness of missing out due to rules set by lawmakers who did not value truth and transparency. Someone like you is very Christian and therefore God glorifying.
